Typography Scans

I tried scanning a combination of the letters, a metal mesh, and a textured paper. Here are a couple experiments. I like the text on the top layer best. However, I need a richer background material and my letters are too big for the scanner.

I wanted to go in a different direction and try something hand-made, so I ripped paper to create the type for the CD cover.
